Probably be a .5 in to short. I think they have 6.5s in the front. But if they do fit all you have to do is hook positive to positive and negative to negative.

Door speakers are so easy! Pop off door panel, unscrew old speaker, disconnect the 2 wires, see if new speakers will fit old screw holes, if not, drill new ones, then hook up speaker wire, bolt in speaker, replace door panel, done. Should take at most an hour to do 2 door speakers.
Have no fear buddy, and our trucks are 6.5 inch door speakers too. I can say with certainty, as I installed mine 9 months ago

I did mine on Sunday...Very easy....8 door clips, 4 screws holding the speakers....and if you get them from Crutchfield you can get the plug-n-play harness for the speakers to go into the factory plug in so "No Splicing" is required.

Open your passenger door halfway, stand so your looking in the gap between it and your fender. You'll see a rubber grommet that leads into the kick panel area of the interior. Run your power wire right there. And I got it back there by running the wire through one of the many holes on the inside of the fender, and pulling it back to the hole. I'll take a picture tomorrow, it's raining right now
