Just picked up and installed a set of used Firestone air bags. Only paid $50 and I've seen them on Ebay new for about $250, so I think it was a decent deal. Took three hours to install.

What a difference those things make. If you need more hauling capacity these things are the way to go. With 5lbs of air in them, the bumper only moves about a half inch with me standing on it. Really smooths out and stabalizes the ride too.

Yep they help . I got mine last month for less than $100 on eBay . Dont really need them with the F350 coils but they r there
