Question Does my truck have enough power for 34's?

Alright so i gotta 1996 f150 4.9 300 manual straight 6 (2wd). (try to just lay it all out there at once haha) I was looking to put a 3" body lift and then some 34's on as well. But my main question is would my truck even have enough power with stock gearing to get the baby rolling? (I could settle for 33's or even 32's if it cant.)
Thanks for your input! Henry

I'd say sure it has enough power and if you've driven the I6 for awhile you are used to the lack of get up and go it already has.

I am you have a lot more control with a 5sp just might not be able to hold 5th on the highway. A set of 4.10's wouldn't cost that much.

Seeing as the straight 6 makes all its power and torque down low I would say go 3.73 but my best question is why in the world are u lifting and going bigger tires on a 2wd. a stock size 4x4 will still out do it.

I have a 93 4.9l 5 speed 3" body lift with the 2.73 rear and I'm rolling 32x11.5 you should be fine. They will do it just won't exactly like it

In an old truck like ours are 4x4 just means more places to leak and more items that break.

You get to a point in life when that mud running and tearing stuff up is just ridiculous. If I wanted another mud toy I'd buy another 4 wheeler or side by side. Pavement pounding all day erry day what's up.

/e that's cool though you guys keep tearing your old trucks up, just makes the value of mine go UP^^^^!
