Default Do you have some SHOCKING advice for me?

So this past weekend my passenger side spring decided to leave through the shock/spring tower. (i will put up a picture tomorrow)

well today i ordered new towers from bronco graveyard and i got a bodyshop that will install them real cheap. well cheap compared to some of the outrageous quotes i got. i dont have the space or tools to do it myself.

well i should have the money to replace the shocks while i am at it, but i am not sure which ones to get. was looking at some rancho 5500 but i am not sure on the size.

my truck is completely stock

also rockauto has a set of MOOG Part # CC822 springs for 33.79 how would adding those to the equation change the shock choice?

RS5000 best, Monroe Sensatrak shocks good, they should work well with the new towers, and they are not hard to do, just disassemble the parts, grind the rivets, install new tower, use grade 8 bolts I think they are 1\2" bolts, if not get a 1\2 " drill bit to clean the holes.
