Post Differential ratios 4.56 or 3.73

Which great ratio should I go with? I do quite a bit of off roading and not alot of highway driving but I do some, which gear ratio would be better for a 5 speed 4x4 with 33's on it 4.56 or 3.73? Should I upgrade to a better locker or rebuild the limited slip I have?

4.10 for 33s 4.56 for 35s but 3.73 should be fine with 33s.
