Default Died at idle, will not start

I have a 1991 f150 with the 5.0, it had died at idle and will not start. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, and fuel filter. I checked both fuel pumps while I was changing the fuel filter. Recently had injector cleaner ran through it. After all of this it still won’t start. I was thinking possibly the pickup coil or ignition coil. Any opinions on what it might be?

What's its history? Put it all into your signature as this page explains:

When? What happened to the truck just before?

Before this event, or after?

That's not a check of anything other than gas being in the tanks.

Do you know if you lost ignition or fuel delivery? I'm guessing you probably lost ignition, as it is very common for the ignition module on the side of the distributor to just go dead on 1991 and older Ford trucks that have the ignition module on the side of the distributor.

X2, I'd throw a TFI module (side of distributor) in if you don't feel like troubleshooting. They do fail, they're cheap enough.
