Decal

I have a 89 xlt lariat 4x4 and and the fender it has a decal 5.8 high performance I was wondering if that was stock or put on buy the previous owner I've look at other pics and haven't seen any.

im about 95% sure it was put on by someone. iv never seen any of these trucks with a decal like that.

I know lmc sells those but the sticker is meant to giving top of the air cleaner housing.
