I live in a town 6 miles wide and have my f150 for long drives. It would be driven at a max one day a week for about 15-20 total miles on the road with speed limits no higher than 40 which most people won't do anyway. I'm not worried about anything falling apart that I wouldn't inspect before driving anyway. Just throwing that out there. Also the rust isn't bad. Could be sanded easily and rattle canned.
