Converting lwb to swb?
I'm going to cut the frame down on my 87 and make it a short wheel base truck. What all has to be changed/cut to make this work. Also I'm going to convert the front clip to the 92-96 style and how much do I need to cut out of frame and bed? And where is the best place to cut out.

You might come out cheaper to buy another truck.
You will have to:
Cut and re-weld the frame
replace the brake lines
replace/cut re-weld and re-balance the drive-shaft
replace the bed
reroute fuel and electrical systems
modify exhaust system
These are just the ones I can come up with off the top of my head to convert to swb

Might look totally custom if you cut your bed and rewelded it shorter than the normal SB while you were doing it. It'd be different especially with the newer front clip.
