You can relocate the can to the drivers side under the washer fluid bottle. The holes are predrilled and it bolts right up. You need new vacuum hose and couplers to reroute the lines. If you get them reversed, you'll know it at about 45mph when the CEL comes on the truck boggs down. Ask me how I know.

Sorry for getting back late, holiday and all. Anyway so I guess they are both reservoirs, just for different things. I do have cruise and I have noticed that cruise will hold speed but increasing and decreasing speed using the buttons it acts weird like it will increase or decrease but would always stay adjusted.
I did the EGR block as I had a miss every now and then and read on hear guys would either do the tin foil ball or make a small plate to block the EGR. It worked. I do have a bit of a rough idle and being the truck is 25 years old I believe it is time to do what most of you have done and start replacing vacuum lines.

what it is been a minute im sure some missed me lol. if you look at the photos on my bio. you will notice both of my coffee cans are gone on my 92, both are old school vaccum assist pods and look just like a an old coffee can, one is in fact the smog pump muffler dualing as a pod assist, and the other is for vaccum , also no longer have the egr or its plumbing or the smog pump or its plumbing and yes although she runs threw gas good. it does improve its power like by a lot lol and the miss is cuased by the extra fuel vs air so improve your air delivery take the intake all apart clean and nock all burs of mating parts there will be some put spacers inbetween everything lol and it will balance out with a 10 advance timing and motocraft plugs and make sure you melt or plug up all those plastic vaccum lines ,,,, and boom smoke your tires and scare old ladies .... this gen of 302 is the last of what i would consider the goodins..... lil mods and your flyin lol hope this points right. ps i have no grammar so don't bother
