Default Cleaning Tip!

I have to brag about my new found cleaner. Found a product called "AWESOME Cleaner" at the dollar store a few weeks ago. This stuff is amazing. A 1 liter spray bottle is $1 and a half gallon is $3. After washing the ambulance, I sprayed the plastic emergency light lenses with it and brown gunk ran off of them. Hosed them off and they look brand new! Like I'd buffed and polished them. Then I did some googling and this stuff is true to it's name.

Sprayed my tail lights down on the '95 150 and had the same result. Brown gunk dripped from the lenses. Hosed them off and they look great and much brighter. I then sprayed down the aluminum tool box and wheels and the entire grill, headlights and tail lights on the silverado tonight, and other than that stupid Chevy Emblem on the front of the truck, it looked as good as a Chevy could look. Lol

I'm not getting paid to advertise this stuff. I'm cheap! This stuff fits my pocket book. I also read about using it for a carpet cleaner. Tested a small area and WOW! Mixed it 50/50. dumped it in the carpet cleaner and I am stunned! I'll be cleaning the carpet in the Fiance's truck next weekend.

If your looking for a single product to do clean heavy grease, stained lenses, aluminum, etc. this is it. The only thing I've found that it did not work on was glass. It will take bugs off in a heartbeat, but it leaves a film and you have to use glass cleaner to remove it. I'm not sure that this stuff won't remove wax too, so do be careful with it and use it in a well ventilated area. It also removes soap scum from the tub and shower walls, but again, WELL Ventilated area! Did I also mention degreasing an engine? AWESOME! My finace' laughed at me tonight at the car wash when I soaked the tail pipe in this stuff. IT CLEANED IT TOO!

Again, not getting paid to advertise this stuff. Wish I would. Did I mention that I was cheap? Maybe even a little lazy........Nahhhhh. I found it at Dollar General. Haven't found it anywhere else, but I'm sure it's for sale at other places.

I just watched a youtube video comparing it to a $36/gallon tire cleaner, it wasn't quite as good (just a little more was removed when the expensive one was sprayed over the area cleaned by LA's) but for a $30 savings a gallon can't beat it. I read a few reviews saying people use it to remove sap/tar from cars and to clean boat hulls, so I'm assuming it's safe for clearcoat. I have a little time before work so will pick some up from DG and try it out. I use old t-shirts as shop rags and am curious to see if it takes out the oily stains like people said it does.

My spare tire is like, 8 years old. After mounting it in the bed, the white letters were black and would not come clean for anything. Sprayed this stuff on the letters at work, caught a 911 call and when I came back to the station, the letters were bright white! Gotta let it soak. Freakin' AWESOME! lol

Never been excited about a product before, but this stuff keeps surprising the hell out of me.

I mow 30-35 lawns a week as a side job, with a push mower, never been able to get the grime/dinginess off of the plastic hub caps on the mower. About five minutes and a little toothbrush action and they are white again. Glad you said something about this stuff because with a spray and a brush I'm getting things clean that would never come clean before. Took all of the buildup off of the inside of my hood, also the stuff on the tubes going to the TB from the filter box that I tried everything on. It took the soot build up off of my mower's muffler, looks almost new again-just a little brown around some holes but no more black.

Cleaned the oil spots off of my garage floor, it was smooth and painted which helped. We have this weird piled carpet that whenever something is spilled or dog accident it takes 3+ times with the shampooer to get it completely out, sprayed it with this and got it all out the first time. Had to do the whole room though b/c now that spot was cleaner than the rest of the room.

Still only used about 2/5's of the 64oz concentrate. Best $3 I've ever spent, thanks Unit.

I used to mow lawns during the summer with two firefighters, we had about 40 lawns and it took us Monday-Thursday to mow them all... How do you mow that many as a "side job"

I work m-f 6am-2pm, mow 4/5 yards after work. 10-12 on sat and try to take sunday off, but doesn't always work out like that, depending on which week i"m on (have a few that are every other week so I split them up). A lot of it is about scheduling in my case, I have 3 days where all 4 or 5 are within 2-3 blocks, some next door to each other.

Anything that works that well probably causes cancer. At least in California.

Just read an article that French farmers are being mandated to label Lavendar fields as hazardous.
I'm sure the cleaner has the standard warning, no eating ect. Unfortunately California is not alone in their strangeness anymore.
