Question Check Engine Light Trouble

On my way home from work last night my check engine light came on. after pulling in to get gas, the light was off but came back on a few minutes later but then turned off again! It kept turning on and off the entire way home! Is this an electrical problem or somethin else???

Only way to find out is to take it to a parts store and have them run a diagnostic scan on it to pull the codes. Or there is a thread on the main page that tells how to run flash codes.

http://fordfuelinjection.com/?p=13 & http://www.handsontools.com/Equus-In...ol_p_5574.html Assuming OBD1. You didn't mention any info whatsoever, but I'll go out on a limb & also assume it's a Ford F-series.
