If yours is 4X4 then you can do what I did. Junkyard F250 front coils(U-pull-it for $20.00 bucks) and some 3 inch blocks. I bought my 3 inch body lift off craigslist for $40.00 dollars complete. Just a slight warning though. Your camber will be off and you will have install camber to get it right(that is a pain in the ---).

I've never had camber problems with all three of my lifted f150s.

This outfit either uses a rebuilder to reissue the state title or is a registered rebuilder. The southeast states have some of the most lenient rebuilt title requirements which probably explains why the family moved from New York to Florida state. Every vehicle I checked had issues on the title:

When I bought my front level kit I opened box and went Fck!!! I coulda built this myself for a fraction of the cost.

I used to weld by trade many years ago so metal fabrication to me is easy. I dont recomend most to build their own lifts but as per the question...yes you could easily build your own lift / level kit if you know what you are doing.
