Just bought new to me 88 f-150
New to this site and I just bought a new to me 88 f150 5.0 auto with overdrive. Awesome truck owned by an old man with 130000 documented miles. Perfect truck, not a dent ding or scratch. Interior is perfect. My question is before I put this on the road I want to change all fluids, belt and filters. Do you guys have any other suggestions to insure a long and happy life? I have played around with late 80's early 90's mustangs all my life but this is the first f150. I apperciate any suggestions and thanks in advance.

then you should have pretty good experience with that 5.0- you seem to have it under control, my suggestion would be flush everything, do some prophylactic painting on your under carriage, make sure the frame etc. is protected with paint. Good luck, and enjoy
