hey guys I was wondering if they have specific hoses that connect from carbon canister to the canister purge valve its on a 1995 f150, ive done looked all over but nothing id rather buy a hose set up for this than having to rig up different connections thanks in advance.

Maybe they're full. Click this & read all the captions:

Otherwise, pull the filler necks out to check if the inner pipe is collapsed.

thanks steve83 but im 100% sure its not full id only put bout 20$ every time id fuel up and out here where im from that bout 6gals only or 7, & is it possible for both filler necks to collapse its a duel tanks set up & I haven't messed with anything at all on fuel system, & also im getting a smell from the carbon canister not gas either its like a sweet smell idk if that thing has anything to do either with the pump nozzle shutting off, and also ive read lots of your stuff yesterday a mechanic told me it sounds like a vapor valve on the tank but cant get to it for bout a month but ima use you diagrams to do it myself,

Have you tried undoing the simple fix on the vapor canister/purge valve? Hooked up incorrectly it could cause the problem you're having. In fact on newer F150's with plastic tanks a purge valve malfunctioning stuck open can pancake the tank.

Pull the hose off the purge valve and feel for vacuum. That's a basic first test. If it is bad I'd bet the valve still works it just doesn't close properly allowing constant vacuum.

The CANP can't prevent the tank from taking gas.
