It runs on the passenger side of the vehicle compartment. It hooks to a vacuum motor up near the back firewall on the passenger side.

I see the white vacuum line. It appears to run alongside another vacuum line. I also see where it turns and heads up towards the firewall on the passenger side but beyond that I can't follow it. I do see another one that seems to go off towards the center area of the dash and am not sure if that is going to the controls or not.

How much dash dis-assembly does it involve to get to this cold air door motor? I'm willing to take it all apart if needed but if the whole dash has to come out then I may just suck it up and deal with it for now. This is my daily driver so I don't want to take it out of commission for too long.

Thanks for the help guys and the timely replies. Good to see there's some activity on this forum. Really appreciate it.

The white one is for the outside air door. With it nonfunctional it's stuck on outside air. The one I'm pointing to in the picture is the one that supplies the inside controls with vacuum. It goes inside with the wiring harness.

Thanks. It was pretty dirty and didn't even look like the same white one that came from inside the cab. I did find the break and replaced a section of it (for now at least) and my air is now blowing through the vents even when I step on the gas. Helpful since it's gonna be 95 or hotter all week.

Thanks for the assist.
