easy boys......just laugh it off...I no it is easyer said then done but alot of these poor stupid bastards are working for min. wage and just do not know any better..I go along with them if they say it is this or that I say sure but I will try what I looking for first and if it does not work I will come back I tell them.I like when you are trying to get a simple part and you know he does not know any better because he is asking stupid questions...I say it is a 4x4 v8 its maroon and no spare tire..lol....lol.....it does **** me off sometimes too because you are already upset your truck is broke..I use to get upset standing at the counter and the guy keeps taking customers on the phone but they do not do that anymore because I just pick up my cell phone and call them...better yet call somewhere else...lol....lol

Someone commented earlier on the merits of using a Carquest or NAPA for ignition parts...I have to say that is sound advice on ALL parts!!! I put 3 O'Reillys reman clutches in my '80 F-100...(all in one week...never wanted to grab) got my money back!!! Drove about 2 miles further, paid $30 bucks more...8 years later, still the same clutch with not a problem in the world!!!!
Outside of oil, cleaners, etc...stuff they can't screw up, Carquest or NAPA only!!!!!

Well guys today i went out and got the coil tested and the guys over at autozone said that it was still good, but i had a feeling that i should just go ahead anyways and buy a new one so i got a MSD Blaster Coil which is supposed to have a greater spark than stock. well i installed it and tried to start it for a "what the hell" chance, and it tried to turn over but the battery was dead for sitting for so long but a pair of jumper cables fixed that problem but now my timing is all out of whack! so tomarrow im gonna adjust that.
