Fuel injection is better for inclines too.

Yea that is true and I've always been an EFI fan but idk how these computers work and I don't want to spend all my money on a fuel injected setup that won't run right because it has a longer stroke, high compression, and a lopey high lift cam. Like I said my engine is a nonMAF so idk how it would calibrate itself plus the heads I alreadyhave are non egr and no smog pipes

What is the difference between a clevland and a winsor? Which would be better to build
