Body Lift Questions PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys...i plan on putting in a 3 inch body lift that someone gave to me...all they gave me was the spacer pucks. I know i need longer body mount bolts but i have a few questions
1. Will i need to extend the steering shaft and fuel filler hose?
2. Where can i get brackets to lower my radiator?
3. Do i have to cut the fan shroud?
any other advice would seriously help...I NEED ALL THE ADVICE I CAN GET!!!!
I have a 1996 F150 Eddie Bauer Edition Short Bed and it has a manual tranmission. Yes it 4wd.

I'm putting a 3 inch body lift on my 94 and was wondering if everyone could post pictures of their body lifts ( if you don't have a suspension lift too ) and what tire size would you recommend 33 or 35?

I don't have pics right this second, but I had a 3 inch body lift on my '90 and I ran 33's. Thy fit perfect on a set of 15x10 wagon wheels. No rubbing at full lock even.
You can run 35's I have a few friends doing it, but to me it looks weird and thy have problems with it.
