this truck can be run as a everyday driver, it has a 454 motor with 32,000 miles, also a 400 transmission with the same miles, all new brakes and lines, and hubs front to back, new gas and tran lines front to back, new drive shaft, also new b&m shifter, truck has no rust holes, does have some scratches, needs a back bumper came without one, $3,800 cash all trades must not be junk and a value of $4,000 207-312-7191 call me no email thanks, atv's, motorcycles, could use a family car

So I have to wonder what works and what doesn't. Does it have working cruise? Working air bag? Working gauges? Anything else that the factory ecu used to control? I know withe the Cummins Swap, there's always issues with items that used to work that don't. Of course, if your looking to drag race or pull houses, I guess it may not matter.

From my experience in mating ford and chevy stuff together the gauges would still work on the f150 because the way the Spedo works its on the rear diff. the guel gauge and tack and temp its easy to splice it in. so would all work, the drive shaft would have to be custom and im sure the motor mounts trans mouts ect
but honestly it would have been much easier to drop in a 429 or a ford big block lol

its a carbed job so no its not controlled by the ecu im sure he has redone the lines to low pressure with a manual fuel pump, the sending unit should still be able to read the fuel levels though
why not? its a 454 and drag racers use the 8.8 rear ends all the time LOL

yeah daily drivers a bit much 454s are notorious for blowing at high revs so if they left the stock diff in you might have to buy a new engine soon lol
I seen this on Craigslist and just laughed my *** off, and its just a few towns over, I am tempted to call the guy up just to see it close up and actually see if it works well or not. My guess is it does not work well for that guy considering hes trading/selling it for an ATV or family car...

Drive like you stole it
I like it. That's hot rodding/left lane kind of stuff. Muscle trucks are not my thing but..... I get it. He probably made work what he owned. 454 is a great truck engine.
