Not easy to find anywhere, blame high prices for scrap metal, best way to buy one is with a truck attached, always ends up cheaper. I just hate the handling, and the bent housings when you jump the straight axles, my 77 has more of a lazy banana axle now, I think i would swap one out for beams a lot quicker than the other way.

Thats a bummer, people are giving them away in northeast Pa. iF U ARE bending housings u need to add a truss or some gussets. Most people dont jump them regularly, so they should be fine.

Since swapping my axle i noticed the steering feels more responsive, it handles a whole lot better and when i used to wheel it, it would handle anything i threw at it. Only downside is if ur gunna be running fire roads at speed, then the TTB would be better suited.
