Default Bigger tires throws speedo off

Well i put 31 10.50 15's on my truck today (replacing the stock 235 75 15's)
i knew it would throw my speedo off... but the question is by how much? is there any way of calculating how far i actually went?

GPS is the fastest way, but you can go online and use a tire size/speedometer calculator. The GPS is the most accurate since most factory speedometers are off by 1-2mph from the factory.

I went from stock to 31's aswell, speedo is 5 km/h off at 100km/h, as in when my speedo says 100 I'll actually be going 105

Yep, same size on my truck. Never even thought about it till one day I realized I was always passing everybody. Thought "what the hell, I'm only going five over" then put the GPS in and saw why, haha. It's about five off so I was actually going ten over all the time for a few months. Glad I didn't get a ticket.

GPS verified that when I threw on the 31s, my speedo got more accurate lol. It's exactly dead on from 30mph and faster, and 1-2 mph variances under that

That's how I figured out my speeds on my bike, speedometer doesn't work.

Also showed me that 6000rpm is 70mph, as opposed to 8000rpm.......which may or may not be 100mph Live and learn!
