100 for shaft, 120 for gears, and last time i got them they were the wrong ones for some reason and they didn't have ones that fit, 15 timkin bearing, 5 for seal, 7 for gear shims plus it popped the brakes of so i have to get those, 20 and spring kit 10, plus gear oil and whatever a clip is going to cost, and these are the cheapest ones around me. It might just be cheaper to buy a used rear-end instead and just change out the oil.

It's a Canadian thing eh!
Yes would be easier to swap rear ends, just be sure to find the same gears as you had, maybe even a LS diff if your lucky
If my axle shaft were to pop out on me, I would suspect something severely wrong happed inside of my carrier.

C clip diffs are not meant for being beat on hard. An you said you run it fairly hard. They just don't stand up to abuse. I've seen it happen before an that guy ran the **** out of his truck too. Think if anything I'd put a clip eliminator kit on it.

well i pinched the c clip cleaned everything up, replaced the wheel bearing and seal. Pound the clip on this time and tried to pull it of and it didn't move easily. took it for a spin and did some hard turns and acceleration and nothing seemed to move while i watched the mirror so i think it should be good. If it happens again hello new rearend.
