Default Anyone with the Off-Road Package have a Pic of the Transfer Case Skid Plate?

Anyone with the Off-Road Package on their Truck if you could take a couple of Good Pictures of the Transfer Skid Plate that would help me out,my Truck came with the Off-Road Package but the 1st owner removed the T.C Skid Plate. So I bought a NOS one & had a Garage put it on while they had it up changing the Oil,and I think the Guy put it on backwards. So I need to see what they look like from the Factory.Thanks...

it should angle down from the front like this \
to skid over things, if it is angled like this / it will scoop stuff up.

I didn't even know this was an option. I don't go off road a lot, but that would be nice to have, would help relax me some. Quick question, what else comes with the off road package over just a regular 4x4?

Honestly I don't know.. I'm not even sure if my bronco has an "off road" package.. I just knew it had the skid plate untill now I assumed all the 4x4s had them

Mine doesn't, didn't know any did lol. I want one now. I assumed there would be actermarket stuff available, never had a huge desire or really thought about it. My truck is on pavement or driving in my fields 90% of the time, not normally any even moderate off roaring, but when I do it would be nice to have.

After looking around for what seemed like forever I found this Pic,and it Slants like this \ toward the Front of the Truck. So sure enough the Guy put it on backwards,so I'm going back & have them change it around. Also can anybody take a guess on what Size the Bolt & Screw is that Ford used on this? And if anyone still can Post up some better Pic's I'd still like to have them..Thanks..

i would say the factory used a 3/8 bolt maybe a 7/16. dont remember, but i had to drill the holes out on mine when i went with 1/2" bolts.

also in the pic you posted the bolts are in wrong, you want the threads facing up into the frame so they dont get damaged.

That's the way I had the Guy put them on mine with the Bolts up,but I'm thinking Ford put them on with the Bolts down like the Pic I posted.I'd like to see a Pic of a Truck with the Factory mounted Skid Plate to see exactly how they mounted it Bolts & all.But again I'm thinking the Pic I posted is the way it came from the Factory because it doesn't look like it's ever been messed with.
