Another 92 clutch problem

Default Another 92 clutch problem

So I've looked all over the Internet for months on this and nothing works and nothing's been the same problem. I have a 92 f150 xlt 5 speed m5od 5.0 4x4 and bought it missing 1st and 2nd gear put new forks clutch pressure plate rear main slave cyl clutch line and master cylender we also resurfaced the fly wheel it's not thin just 5 thousands from factory and the problem is after bleeding for 3 months still won't engage the slave moves and pushes the teeth like it should but just won't go in gear if you start it in gear it drives and can shift with no clutch but can't get a awnser have done everything in the web to bleed only thing we didn't do is use vacuum peddle has good pressure but dose not come up all the way and still has a soft beginning for the 1st of inch so any ideas would really be nice

You shouldn't be opening the bleeder. Just pump the pedal and it should come up.
