1994 F150 4.9 E4OD driving me crazy,,HELP!
1994 F150 4.9 2WD E4OD. Runs great at start up and goes into every gear fine. When it gets to operating temp and you put it in reverse, it dies. If I manage to keep it running in reverse and give it gas, it sounds as if it is running out of gas and stalls. Only happens in reverse. Transmission shifts fine except it goes to lockup after 1-2 shift at any more than light gas applied.(Done this since I have owned it/5 years)The dying in reverse started about 6 months ago. Gas mileage also went to hell. PCM has been replaced/tranny filter checked for lying in pan and replaced and new fluid/tranny has 12,000 miles on it/new torque converter 100 miles ago/new MAP/AIT sensor X 3/ECT sensor X 3/new O2 X 2/TPS X 2(motorcraft)/IAC(motorcraft)/wires/cap/rotor/plugs/egr and all solenoids and sensors/upper intake gaskets/TB gasket/TB cleaned/upper intake cleaned/new coil/new fuel pumps and new regulator and filter/new tstat/...throws no codes. All wiring to these sensors have been checked to PCM connector. This truck is killing me ........help.(220,000 miles on truck)

It's a Canadian thing eh!
I was going to say there was a TSB for that stalling issue, but it involved a new filter design, which seems you already checked.
