Default accelaration hessitation

i need some advice please. have a 96 f150 xlt with the 5.0, my issue is sometimes when i go to accelerate the truck acts like it doesnt want to do anything no rpm change nothing for 3-10 seconds then kicks in and gets up and goes . new plugs wires cap rotor fuel filter head gaskets just checked fuel pressure its around 32 at idle and about 42 with out the fpr vacuum hose disconnected. im completely stumped on what else i should check. any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated also no check engine codes used a bluedriver and did a full scan and got nothing. it does say the calculated engine load is like 50% at idle which i thought was odd.

also this isnt an all the time issue id say 70% of the time but sometimes it feels smooth and as i would expect a 200k mile truck to run if you need anymore info just ask
