Default AC bypass Belt size

I have looked through number of posts on here trying to figure out the size of the belt needed to bypass a non moving ac pulley. Everyone asks the question and its talked about but no one posts back what size it was.

Now i used an old belt to try and figure this out, i cut it and routed it according to the diagram under the hood for "non ac" trucks and came up with 94". Compensating for the tensor pulley add maybe an inch? The factory belt for my ac truck is 97" and when you go to the auto parts store there is no difference between trucks with or with out ac for some strange reason... I been to napa, advanced auto, and autozone.

Long story short just wondering if 94-95 inch belts work to bypass the ac with out removing the ac and running a bypass pulley since this is a very common problem.

THE PART NUMBER FOR THE CORRECT BELT TO BYPASS THE AC WITH OUT REMOVING IT IS #940K6
ITS A 94" BELT.
Hope I save some headaches for people in the future, thanks for all the help guys!

This belt was way to small... I couldn't route it either way ac or non ac.

Wasn't the 800k6 the belt size for a/c and smog pump bypass?

I could see the 800k6 belt working to bypass the smog and ac. I found the right belt tho I went with what I measured and got a 94" belt. The part number is 940k6.

800k6 is the stock size non a/c belt, it's what I had on my truck forever. You routed it wrong. It has to wrap the water pump the opposite direction. It's also the size for smog pump delete with a/c. I run it still because I added a/c and deleted the smog pump.

I routed the 800k6 belt both ways according to the diagram under the hood. It was entirely to short both ways.
