Trying to figure out how to get these annoying light out

ABS flashes 3x then blank pause, then 3, over and over

Check Engine comes on shuts off after a while

I think they may be related

No, the RABS is not connected to the EEC. The ABS warning should not flash unless you're driving & ABS is activated, or you're checking faults. Click this, read the caption, and the NEXT several:

1994 F150 5.8 4x4 AT
Looking to retrieve codes, it flashes while idling. 3x pause 3x

Reset the battery and put in a new speed sensor on the diff, now ABS flashes 2x then pause.

Turns out the gauge bezel was swapped at some point from an older truck, it was my airbag light flashing the whole time.
