95 Ford F150 High Idle

Idk what happened but this morning when I fired up the truck to go to work, the truck ran rough not surprised. But this afternoon when I went to go home she started and ran rough but as I was driving she started to run better. Still rough but not at all or near as rough. just enough to barely notice. My question is since I had the battery unhooked while doing the repairs. Does the computer need time to relearn the truck to change and balance its self since everything was (for lack of a better term) erased?

Well I FINALLY figured out what the problem was. Unfortunately it was after alot of replaces that didnt need to be done at a cost of around $400. Turns out that it was a stupid plug. Ive never seen a plug this bad. Carbon and rust all in the concaved area around where it sparks. Idk what its called. Now shes eatin pavement again. Thanks for the help.

Glad you got it figured out!
I like my 95 but it can eat money...there is always something to do.
I have mine in for paint this week - roof and hood, fix a dent, paint the black parts of the grill blue so it matches my truck (blue and white).
I should have replaced the tailgate with one that had F-O-R-D stamped in it but I haven't found one yet.
I bought this truck so I could do some light hauling living in the country but it's just one thing after another - reupholster the drivers seat bottom, replace the dash pad, new windshield, tune up, new TPS, new AC hoses, new brakes, new tires, replaced drivers door panel, fixed the dash so the fuel selector switch was mounted and not just hanging, etc.
It never ends. OCD is expensive.
