95 f150 5.8 sputtering at highway speeds.
I have a 1995 F150 with a 5.8 with auto transmission w/ o.d. That starts sputtering/power cuts in and out. No issues at slower speeds or accelerating and idling. Right around 60 mph to 70 mph it starts to lose power intermittently. The fuel system is mostly new and filter has been replaced. The wires cap and rotor are also new. Anyone have any ideas?

Without specifics, it's anybody's guess. "Mostly new" doesn't tell us much. You should put ALL the truck's details into your signature:

How long have you had it? How long has this symptom been present? Have you followed the maintenance schedule in the owner's manual? What's the brand, PN, & source for each new part? When was each installed, and for what reason? Did each one pass the same test that the original failed? How old are the spark plugs & wires? What's the plugs' gap? Are they burning at the correct temperature? Compare them to the inside back cover of the Haynes manual:

Are the wires routed exactly as this diagram shows?

What is the fuel pressure when the symptom appears?

Loochster,
I believe the 95's are still OBD-I. Are you able to get codes out of the diagnostic port? That might help in pointing you in the right direction. If you don't have a code reader, you can get the codes easily enough. This video explains how to get codes if any are present.

Edit: That's not me nor my video. Just posting it here to help out.

Ford never used OBD1 - that was a rare GM protocol. These trucks are EEC-IV ('85-95 EFIs) until they switched to EEC-V in '96 (which meets OBD-II standards).

Not to hi-jack the thread, Loochster.
Most of us everyday folk use the generic term OBD to describe gaining access to any particular vehicle's codes. Everyone who wants to know, knows exactly what it means. No harm. No foul. Ford did name their systems EEC-xxx. Ford also recognized the "On Board Diagnostic" or OBD nomanclature as proper terminology too.
