Default 95 F150 4WD Problem

I have a 95 F150 XLT 4WD with a 302 V8, it has around 142k miles on it.

I have never had a problem with the 4wd until recently. It has manual Warn lockers on it and then push-button on the dash with 4hi and 4lo.

When i push the button for 4wd, nothing happens, normally I would hear a click in the dash, and then the light would come in, locking in the 4wd. So I am wondering if it could be the button in the dash, the transfer case switch, or something worse.

Any help is appreciated. I read somewhere to find the transfer case switch and lightly tap it with a small hammer, but I got under there and couldnt find anything that looked like it was worth tapping on.

Thanks in advance!

I had a problem with mine too. Luckily it was just the fuse. Did you try replacing both fuses under the dash ?
