Most states dont have a "muffler" law... the law says you have to have an exhaust... some states do however state you must have a muffler...

Mine is not one of those. as are most. you need a functional exhaust thats not above the noise limit.

To that effect I have NO muffler and I have a full exhaust with tailpipe... has a good sound and isnt loud
