i got the truck used a couple months ago its only got 78,000 mile and it wont run any more it ran fine 2 days ago and yesterday it acted funny it will turn over the fuel pump is good, does any one no if it might be the fuel pump regulater or ballast resistor or if the truck even has a ballast resistor

 

Did you check to see if its getting spark? Could be a bad coil , ect....
