hadn't drove my f-150 for about a week went to start it up yesterday and the battery was dead so i took my car to work. got the battery charged up this morning and it started right up and everything worked fine. then this afternoon when i went to drive it. the speedometer and odometer weren't working and neither was the radio when they had both worked fine this morning. don't know what could have caused this but any help would be appreciated.
