Default 93 F150 4.9L 5 speed no fuel flow

I am working on a 93 F150, 4.9L 5 Speed with dual tanks, I'm not getting any fuel from either tank to the fuel filter, It was running about a year ago when it was towed in, backed it off the truck, clutch quit working, now it won't start and I'm not getting fuel up to the fuel filter. The relay clicks, fuse is good, inertia switch button is down, anyone have any ideas?

Pumps aren't making any noise at all ? Dash switch ?
You can try forcing the pumps - read Sean's Sticky post on OBD1 codes. There's a pic with lots of green arrows. That'll show you hw to force the pumps.

Kinda sounds like power's not getting through somewhere. Test light, follow the circuit, relay, inertia, dash, pump. You'll only get power for 2 seconds every time you cycle the key until the motor's actually turning.

Unless you ground the pump at the data link connector.

Foolish_Mortal will be lucky if it's only a power problem. Sitting gums up the pump in no time.
