Default 93 2WD Tire Size

I know it's been asked thousands of times on here, but I haven't found any threads that answer my question exactly. If I have a stock 1993 XL 2WD with the 4.9 300 IL and 5 speed, whats the biggest tire I could fit? It currently has bald 235/75R/15's and they just look too scrawny. I'm wanting the biggest all terrains I can fit on the stock wheels with no rubbing at all. Moog 824's may come later down the line, but for now it's stock height.

I have a 96 2wd 4.9 5speed; regular cab long bed.
Stock size tire was a 235/75/15.
When those went bald I upgraded to a 31x10.5r15 all terrain. They fit in the wheel well, but it looked stuffed. They also rubbed (ever so slightly) when making left turns.

I later replaced the oem coil springs with moog cc844 Coil springs and the rub went away completely from lock to lock.
