Default 92 F150 5.8L Windsor

I have a 1992 Ford F150 with the 351 Windsor in it. Just recently it started to act weird. Sometimes when it really cold outside, it won't start. I mean like you turn the key on and the radio and lights and everything turn on but then you go to start it and it doesn't crank over or anything. It acts like there isn't a battery connected. Sometimes it'll act as if the battery is dead and it'll crank but after like 4 tries, it'll finally start. I've just recently replaced the starter relay/solenoid like 3 days ago and that wasn't it. I have no clue where to go from here.
If someone has had this problem and fixed it or knows what is ring, please let me know!!! This is bugging the crap out of me..

Brand new battery. And brand new terminals. Both only roughly 7 months old.

Sounds like your starter is going bad. Also just as an FYI, the battery cables on our trucks aren't all that great.

Could also be your switch. Mine did that. This might not be too age but try it anyway, on your starter relay take a screwdriver and touch the two terminals together and if it starts then it's your switch.

What switch?
I remember back when I had gotten stuck and I had a tow truck come pull me out, it didn't wanna start and that's what he did and it started fine.

The tow truck driver jumped from the battery to the start relay on the passenger wall and it started up just fine.
