92 5.0 to 393 efi with mustang efi intake?

I guess I should have been more specific. the intake i have is an edelbrock 5.8l upper/lower set. ITs made for the 351 so the base is wider and the runners are bigger. This setup was in my 95 mustang GT.

Can a explorer/mustang throttle body work in this application with the intake flipped around? The edelbrock 5.8 intake can be flipped around so this will work and provide a good intake.
