Default 91 f150 engine help.

i have a 91 f150 2wd 4.9 manual and a couple months back i changed all the spark plugs and wires, and even replaced the distributor cap. i had it running a couple weeks ago then it started missing out so i went and bought a new TFI module. i go out today and it will turn over but it wont start the motor spins really fast, so i checked all the wires and they was snapped in place, after about 30 min i got tired of messing with it and took the wires off and the spark plugs out and all of them except #4 was soaked in gas. has anyone have a problem like this before? i really need to get this truck running.

thank you for reading this and any advice would be helpful

After that make sure the wires are routed correctly and you have the correct TFI.
