Default 89 F150 302 to 351w (89/90 F250)

The 302 in my current truck is tired, I was originally going to build another 302 for it but I found we've got a 351w in an F250 (automatic) built 05/89, by the vin its an 89
Will the engines swap? both trucks are 2wd, what all would I need from the 351? The 351 has a lot of vacuum pieces on it my truck doesnt have, and alot of them are broken. what has to come off that truck to work with mine?

Any input would be appreciated.

It's a pretty simple swap.

That is good news, is there a thread I missed that might answer my (future) stupid questions?
