I would skip adding 1/3 to oil to disludge, unless planning on change prior to test.
Yeah.. I did the carb cleaner in the intake.. did a whole can of berrymans.. lol.. I also cleaned the throttle body thuroughly when I replaced the TPS... still missing something here...

its a long shot, but wouldn't a bad fuel filter cause rough idle?

When is the last time you changed your PCV valve and/or air/breather filter? If you don't know it wouldn't hurt to put new ones in. Could address the oil issue with your old sensors.

Have you checked your plug's for burn patterns or fowling/ proper gap?

I had my PCV hose collapsing from age. It would pull the vapor into the hose, then collapse on itself, where the vapor condensed, eventually being pulled out in fluid form. Mine is an 87' 302.

Check of fuel pressure at fuel rail would be helpful.

Loping idle is usually a vac leak somewhere though.
A cracked or loose fit at a connection would do it.

Next time it idles like that, flip the key off and back on without letting the engine die. See if it makes the idle smooth out.

I had some problems like this recently with my '92, had vacuum leaks, electrical connections not plugged in right, but the thing that helped the most was re-setting the timing, and making sure the spark plug wires were separated. I was told by someone I work with that sometimes spark plug wires on Ford engines will arc off of each other if they are too close. Check the wires for evidence of that, looked like white talcum powder.

Timing is set properly, engine does not have vacuum leaks, and the spark plug wires are not arcing on eachother.. I cannot create a change in idle spraying carb cleaner on the engine at the intake hoses, vaccum lines, and manifold.

Plugs are brand new and are gapped correctly, they probably have 20 miles on them and don't have a real burn pattern yet.

Dont think this truck has a PCV valve (will confirm this next sunday or maybe wednesday if I'm not working), but the hose is not collapsing, and the air filter is new.

The whole thing is starting to seem kinda silly to me... I'll check the Fuel Pressure next chance I get and will replace the Oxygen sensor.
