I've taken the headlights, corner lights and taillights apart multiple times on 87-91 Ford trucks/Bronco's you can paint the whole inside of the corners and taillights for a smoked look, but on the headlights it really affects the distance of the light beam. to take apart any of the lights you just need to be patient putting them in the oven and prying/cutting the hot glue out to get the lens off.

As far as building custom headlights and taillights...
Check out my Bronco at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3000240/ Page 7 shows my custom projector headlights I built/building, I finished the passenger side headlight last christmas but ran out of fiberglass and money and haven't had the time to finish the drivers side yet, even though I finally have the money now.

I also made and finished custom L.E.D. taillights and custom corner lights which I think turned out awesome using aftp crystal clear corners with a stock lens(gives it just enough of a custom look when looking at trucks side by side, but still looks stock to pass state inspection)

I agree, I'm so ticked off that I can find crystal sidemarker lights and aftermarket tail light designs of all sorts but NOT one aftermarket headlight design. I've been thinking about making a custom bracket and buying some '92 headlights without the bumper lights and trying that but I highly doubt it'll work. My dad has a '94 Flareside and the way those headlights look they'll be too wide and not tall enough. It also is a bother that I can find just about anything else aftermarket for the truck too, even bumpers with built in lights for hooking up your trailers. I know this one is off topic, but does anyone know where I can find a good brush guard for my truck?

if I'm not mistaken you could've gotten the crystal corner lights for less at LMC Truck. just a little tip for those looking to buy them or needing replacements. they were $39.99 last I checked, and the ones at aftp were $59.99

LMC doesn't have them for 87-91 trucks. AFT is the only one right now whom has them.

Brushgaurds you have to find used I haven't been able to find any for 87-91 trucks new. I have one on our 89 F250 and soon to have one put on (after I install the engine) on my 88 F150.
