was bogging down when driving got to 3rd gear and it would quit running, assumed fuel pump. Fuel pump was not running in front tank, inline is running - I dropped tank and replaced pump - now i hear both pumps - still not getting fuel to motor -=- I disconnected the fuel line where it comes into the dual function reservoir, no fuel comes out when key is on, i can hear pump running in the tank.... Any ideas on where to go from here?

If you want a more-permanent fix, you could swap in the fuel pumps & lines from a '90-91 dual-tank gas F-series with the same wheelbase as yours. They have no frame pump or frame reservoir.
