Put some air bags in the back. I put some on a 69 f250 camper special. They were nice for adjusting the ride height. I don't know how good they would work off-road when your flexing the suspension though.

Daystar makes a kit for off road vehicles that want to run airbags but don't want to sacrifice flex and travel.
It's actually a very simply design.

I did this same lift,I finished it this summer, i did go with new rear leafs in the back that had a 4 1/2" lift built into them so i ditched the 2 1/2"factory blocks for the 3 " that came with the kit. I also have the dual shock opition and so far i think the ride in pretty good

what size tires are on it now? I have had my 6" lift in the box for over a year because i can't afford the 35s being a poor college kid, and i think it will look stupid with the 31s on it now. saving little by little now for the 35s hopefully ill get em in the early summer
