Default 4x4 axles?

Does anyone know if they put the 2.73 axles in 4x4 f150s 92-96?
I'm trying to find a 4x4 axle for my 2wd and out of the 25 trucks at the junkyard like mine, not one had 2.73 axles..
Help me!!!!

yeah, mine is a five speed, I saw a bunch of them in the m5od, but none with 2.73 axles..
I'm starting to think that it isn't a very common ratio, I've never seen any besides in my truck..

Really? Are the 2.47s OEM?
