Default 4.9L six cyl fans, what's your MPG?

Post your year, transmission, axle ratio & 4x2 or 4x4, & miles when stating your mpg. I'll start off.

1995 4.9L, 5spd, 3:31 ratio, 4x2, 57,800 miles. In town, it's 14.5, highway (loaded) 17.5 mpg.

I can't really vote, I have too many variables.

'87 4.9 M5OD 5 speed 4x2 3.55 open diff ????? miles.
I almost always pull my work trailer which gives me 10 MPG city or highway, and without the trailer I get 16 city or highway.

Yes, I know the M5OD wasn't offered in '87. I put it in there.

With this kind of gas mileage out of the big six, why not just bite the bullit and have the extra power of of the big V-8. The grin factor has gotta be worth it.
