Sure, but you'll never be able to align it.

yeah, i already have the axle pivot brackets on the truck. could i seriously just throw some bigger springs in place of my old ones still leaving the spacers on? or would that defeat the purpose of the spacer lift?

If you have the pivot brackets then you might be able to align it with the alignment bushings. Without dropped radius arm brackets or longer arms the front tires will be pulled toward the rear.

another thing i dont get is why i can only fit 11.50s, but my friend has a 4in lift but can run 12.50s? im trying to understand what is moved back to give that extra spaced needed. or is it just the radius arms?

i have tired to understand backspacing, but all the descriptions have not helped...i thought of backspacing as how far the rim sits against the lugs ? how far off am i on that? i seriously dont understand

It's how far back the rim sits from the mounting flange.
