If I get the 35s and keep the 3.55s ik the truck will be sluggish and mpg will be terrible but will the 4.10s bring just the power back or some of the mpg too

I had 33X12.50 with stock 3.31 gears lol. wasn't really that bad. 4.11s should be great with 35's. you could probably even go 3.73 if your worried about gas, and still be doing alright.
perhaps you should just get the 35's and drive it around a bit stock and see how it goes.
