Default 2wd lift kits??

Hey, does anyone know if I can fit 285 75 bfg ats on my 93 f-150 2wd drive with a rough country 2.5 in lift? I'm tryin to decide if I should go with the 2.5 or the 4 inch lift. I know it's weird to lift a 2wd but I've got a jeep for playin this is my daily driver. I just don't like it so squatty.

I've been told that 2wd can't exactly be lifted without a change in I beams or the tires will lean in

You can get "bent" I beams. They typically are about 4-5" lift. New coils, brake lines, and such. Also bent radius arms. If you have I beams. I forgot what year you said.

Look at my photos. Same year 1993 with a 2.5" lift. Just put it on last week and I love it. I have P235 75 R15 tires but soon I will get some 33's. I can take more pics and post them if you like.

Hmmm I beams? When I called rough country and skyjacker the only thing they told me was that on a 4 inch I would need ext brake lines and drop pit arm. I don't even know what the "I" beams are???

the I beams run from your steering knuckle to your crossmember they are what everything connects too.

and the only reason guys gets bent beams is for baja style and stadium truck style racing. where you want massive amounts of up travel on the suspenstion.
CUSTOM BEAMS.

if you want to lift it a 4x4 lift kit will work for the 2x4's too.

You have a lot if options. I have heard...i can't confirm but I have heard from friends that got the skyjacker kit or trailmaster kit that they a always had problems worth shaking on the freeway. I know a million things it could be, but they all said it was defective angles on the parts. Again I can't confirm it, just want you to look into it a bit more for your safety. :p
